In recent years there has been a lot of attention placed on anti-aging techniques, health and fitness. People have endorsed drinking anti-aging green tea, taking a variety of different vitamins & herbs and adding daily supplemental powders to their diet. Of course everyone is on board with organic foods vs. non organic. I fully agree with these methods of preserving our youth but I have come to realize that daily exercise is the key factor in maintaining it.
I have included my before and after photos. The interesting thing here is the photos were taken 8 years apart. My before photo was taken in May 2000, my age at that time was 44. My after picture was
taken in May 2008 at age 52. The photos have not been modified or altered in any way. The major difference in the photos was the incorporation of a daily exercise routine. After a bi-lateral hip replacement, I made no excuses and I know the photos speak volumes.
And today February 2010 I continue on my quest to look and feel younger every day.
I highly recommend reading two books that will fully explain the science of how exercise can not only serve as an anti-aging shield but actually turn back your biological clock . These books can really change your life, they did change mine! They are well written with lots of humor and easy to comprehend information.
