Renaissance Fitness Food Plan

Guests who wish to include dining packages will be served breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack and dinner. The following will serve as sample menus and are subject to change.

Sample Breakfast Menu

Northeast eggbeater whole wheat wraps.

Chilled oatmeal with seasonal mixed fruit, flax & cinnamon.

Whole wheat waffles with fruit garnish.

Juice, coffee, tea - many varieties.

Yogurt and fresh fruit.

Mid Morning Snack

Protein drink or protein energy bar or a piece of fruit.

Sample Lunch Menu

Chicken Caesar salad.

Salmon, Tuna or Mahi Mahi on a bed of lettuce.

Turkey Burger with steamed broccoli or brown rice.

Chicken and Shiitake mushroom burger.

Assorted beverages.

Mid Afternoon Snack

Assorted nuts, protein bar, cottage cheese, Yogurt.

Sliced banana topped with omega 3 peanut butter.

Sample Dinner

Almond crusted chicken, string beans.

Stuffed Tilapia with wheat germ & sweet potato.

Baked salmon with dill garnish & brown rice.

Satay Chicken with couscous.
